Siblings Bobby and Loveleen own the Indian street food stall Varnada together with their parents. Together, they carry on the family recipes and the tradition of preparing classic Indian food.
In India, learning to cook from childhood is part of the culture, and they grew up with a father who was a trained chef, who cooked for both the British and Indian armies and traveled the world with his Indian dishes. With such an exciting childhood, it was only natural for Bobby and Loveleen to follow in their father's footsteps.
The aim of their chef training was to travel around the world and introduce authentic Indian cuisine that even an Indian would be proud to eat. On their world tour, they can now tick off Italy, Spain, Germany, and Denmark, where Helsingør and Copenhagen are their favorite sales locations.
At Varnada, they only sell quality products. They are committed to sourcing the right, traditional spices and ingredients for their Indian dishes with their rich and intense flavors. And with strong family ties back in Punjab, they are always supplied with the 'best of the best'.
Loveleen, Bobby, and their dear parents look forward to welcoming you to their family world in the town of Varnada, at the Shipyard Food Market.
Incidentally, the name Varnada comes from a small village in northern India, where all the inhabitants, for some reason, have blue eyes.
No, just kidding! The name Varnada is the result of a proofreading error; the city was originally supposed to be called Varanda.
