Nicoleta and Romulus have 25 years of experience as trained chefs and have spent the last 11 years devoting themselves to Mexican cuisine.
From large hotels around Europe and the last 10 years in Spain, they have elevated Mexican fanfare to heavenly heights. A virtue that, according to them, they still focus heavily on, as striving to deliver the best is always at the forefront of their minds.
And to deliver the best, the ingredients must be top quality. They are organic, fresh, and imported from Mexico, among other places, so not only does the taste are fantastic, but also authentic.
Over the past year, they have spoiled Copenhageners with their traditional, mouthwatering tacos, heartwarming chili con carne, and crispy nachos. Now we are the lucky ones, and we can welcome them with open arms to enjoy their Mexican delicacies.
