We are creating new stories at the old shipyard in Helsingør
Three years ago, Zakaria came to Denmark from Casablanca, Morocco. Here, he has had to build a new life for himself in unfamiliar surroundings. But in this unfamiliar environment, Zakaria has brought something very familiar with him—namely, all his favorite dishes from his homeland of Morocco.
With a father who has over 30 years of experience as a chef, Zakaria has been accustomed to cooking since childhood, and over time, it has grown into a great passion. For Zakaria, it is an honor to offer visitors his authentic dishes, just as they would be served at home in Morocco.
Moroccan cuisine, Zakaria explains, is not something you often encounter within the concept of "street food." He has therefore made it his mission to change that.
So come by Zakaria and The Moroccan Recipe and taste his succulent lamb with couscous, his classic chicken tagine, a Moroccan pastilla, or one of his many other dishes!
