At The Fish Project, you can enjoy a version of classic fish and chips made with fresh Danish cod chunks, dipped in freshly made beer batter, fried to crispy perfection, and served with homemade tartar sauce and perfectly fried golden French fries. It's almost like taking a bite out of Britain, only better!

Stuntman Marius and businesswoman Alexandra are behind The Fish Project, and as they themselves put it, their mission is to create the best fish and chips available on the Danish street food market.

The secret is that the fish must always be fresh, the service must be top-notch, and the chefs must be skilled and passionate. The dishes are original, and you can get classic fish and chips, lobster tails, and a mixed plate with a little bit of everything.

And when your dishes are ready for pickup at the restaurant, you won't have any doubts, as your mouth will already be watering.
