Mia's Crepes

After only 10 months in Denmark, Mia has taken the big step and taken over the Pandekage Hus restaurant with her husband Victor.

The inspiration and passion come mainly from Mia's time in France, where she fell in love with crepes and delicious waffles.

For Mia, it's all about the joy and smiles she gets from the children when they see her food pancakes and desserts.

Her great love for children and their joy is a daily source of inspiration for Mia, who is always ready to play peek-a-boo with the little ones and let the older ones design their favorite pancakes.

All ingredients at Mia and Victor are natural, and all food is, as far as possible, homemade and filled with love, joy, and passion.

The adults love Mia's savory pancakes (the salmon is especially popular), while the children go wild for the sweet and delicious dessert pancakes with strawberries, banana, ice cream, and chocolate sauce (some of them go all out and ask for Tivoli sprinkles or marshmallows on top).

At Værftets Madmarked, we are really happy to have such a passionate and talented Crepe Queen as Mia.
