Xiafang came to Denmark from China 12 years ago. She came to Denmark to study, but fell in love with the country and started Suki Ramen at Værftets Madmarked in 2018. With her family in China, Xiafang is working to build a new life in Denmark together with her sister. This means hard work and a great deal of sacrifice for her family.

Suki Ramen's mission is to spread the word about Asian food. The food is tasty, colorful, and based on healthy ingredients. This is one of the things that Xiafang values and has taken with her from her time as a chef at several different Japanese restaurants over the past 12 years.

One of the things Xiafang appreciates about Værftets Madmarked is the atmosphere and the customers. Sweet and happy customers who enjoy themselves in pleasant surroundings.

The positive and returning customers are some of the things that motivate Xiafang and give her confidence and security in a culture far from her home country of China.

Fresh, Asian, and healthy food are the keywords at Suki Ramen.
