Three years ago, Zakaria came to Denmark from Casablanca, Morocco. Here in Denmark, he has had to build a new life for himself in unfamiliar surroundings. But in this unfamiliar environment, Zakaria has brought something very familiar with him—namely, all his favorite dishes from his home country of Morocco.
With a father who has over 30 years of experience as a chef, Zakaria has been accustomed to cooking since childhood, and over time, it has grown into a great passion. For Zakaria, it is an honor to offer customers his authentic dishes, just as they are served at home in Morocco.
Moroccan cuisine, Zakaria explains, is not something you often encounter within the concept of "street food." He has therefore made it his mission to change that.
